WHY DRZZL EXISTS.
Good cooking was never supposed to feel this complicated.
THE PROBLEM
GOOD COOKING STARTED FEELING LIKE IT WAS FOR SOMEONE ELSE.
Too much advice.
Too many rules.
Too much intimidation.
Most people aren't bad cooks.
They've just been made to feel like they are.
THE BELIEF
MOST PEOPLE ARE MUCH CLOSER TO COOKING WELL THAN THEY THINK.
The pan needs to be hotter.
The oil needs to be more.
Good ingredients do most of the work.
WHY OLIVE OIL
WE DIDN'T START WITH OLIVE OIL BECAUSE WE WANTED TO SELL OLIVE OIL.
We started with olive oil because it's the ingredient people use every day and understand the least.
One for the kitchen.
One for the table.
Different jobs.
Simple answer.
