Refund policy

1. Our Approach

We don't accept returns on food products — but if anything is wrong with your order, we will always make it right. No questions, no process. Just email hello@drzzloliveoil.com and tell us what happened.

2. Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • Items are unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Products are in resaleable condition

  • Proof of purchase is provided

🚫 We do not accept returns on opened consumables due to safety and quality control.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Opened food or beverage products

  • Perishable goods

  • Limited edition / final sale items

  • Bundles where individual items have been opened

4. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Email: [support@drzzl.com]

  • Include:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer:

  • Replacement (preferred)

  • Store credit

  • Refund (where appropriate)

⚠️ Claims made after 48 hours may not be accepted.

5. Returns Process

To request a return:

  1. Email [support@drzzl.com] with your order details

  2. Wait for approval and return instructions

  3. Send items back securely packaged

Returns sent without approval may be refused.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Faulty / damaged / incorrect items → DRZZL covers return shipping

  • Change of mind → Customer covers return shipping

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

  • Returned to your original payment method

We reserve the right to reduce refunds if items are not returned in original condition.

8. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for:

  • Damaged or defective products

  • Incorrect items

For all other cases, please place a new order.
