Both bottles contain extra virgin olive oil obtained directly from olives using mechanical means.

Kitchen is smooth and versatile. Table is made from 100% Coratina olives and has a more robust, peppery character.

Nothing added. Nothing blended in. Just olive oil.

Store both bottles in a cool, dark place away from direct heat and sunlight.

Olive oil tastes best when it is fresh.

Open both bottles and aim to use them within 45 days. Kitchen should become part of how you cook. Table should become part of how you serve.

Not because the oils suddenly become unsafe afterwards. Because good oil is at its best when it is opened, shared and used.
