Table - Extra Virgin Olive Oil

A robust, peppery extra virgin olive oil made from 100% Coratina olives.

Table is the bottle you reach for once the cooking is done. Use it where you want the oil itself to be tasted: over tomatoes, vegetables, beans, pasta, soup, fish, meat, bread or ice cream.

It brings bitterness, fruitiness and a peppery finish to the plate.

Finish the dish, then add Table.

Squeeze it over food just before serving, place it on the table and let people add more themselves.

Use it on salads, vegetables, pasta, soup, beans, grilled meat, fish, bread and anything that needs freshness, richness or bite.

Store in a cool, dark place away from direct heat and sunlight. Close the cap after use.

Olive oil tastes best when it is fresh.

Open the bottle, put it on the table and aim to use it within 45 days. Not because it suddenly becomes unsafe afterwards. Because the flavour and aroma are at their best when the bottle is used regularly.
