The oil

First the oil. Then the onions, the garlic, the start of dinner.

Kitchen is smooth, versatile extra virgin olive oil made from Spanish Picual and Portuguese Arbequina olives. Use it for frying, roasting and baking, wherever the cooking begins.

A tray of potatoes. A pan of eggs. Tomatoes slowly becoming a sauce. This is your everyday bottle.

Why the oil matters

You taste what you put in.

Oil is there when the onions hit the pan, when the salad is dressed and when the bread reaches the plate. Give it the same thought as the rest of your ingredients.

Kitchen brings a smooth flavour to the cooking. Table adds a bold, peppery finish. Good ingredients do most of the work.

How to use it

Pour Kitchen into the pan before the onions or garlic. Toss it through vegetables before roasting, work it into a marinade or use it in your baking.

For the final pour over the finished plate, reach for Table.

Nutrition & quality

Extra virgin olive oil. A blend of Spanish Picual and Portuguese Arbequina olives, chosen for a smooth, versatile flavour.

For ingredients and nutritional information, refer to your bottle label.

How long does a bottle last?

Each 500ml bottle gives around 33 servings of 15ml, or one tablespoon.

At one 15ml serving a day, that’s roughly 33 days per bottle. About a month of everyday cooking or finishing.

This is a serving guide, rather than a freshness limit. Follow the storage guidance and best-before date on your bottle.

WHY TWO BOTTLES?

Two jobs. Less second guessing.

Olive oil should make cooking easier to understand. We gave each bottle a clear job, so you can choose by what you’re making.

Both extra virgin olive oils. Different flavours, chosen for different parts of the meal. Read Natalia’s interview in Grocery Gazette ↗

FAQs

Can I recycle the packaging?

Recycling depends on your local collection scheme. Check its guidance for plastic bottles, caps and labels before disposing of the packaging.

Why plastic squeeze bottles?

For control when you pour. Natalia used squeeze bottles while working as a chef because they were quick and easy to handle. The format lets you direct the oil into a pan, over a salad or around a finished plate.

Where do the olives come from?

Kitchen is a blend of Spanish Picual and Portuguese Arbequina olives. Table is made from 100% Italian Coratina olives.

What’s the difference between Kitchen and Table?

Kitchen is smooth and versatile, for frying, roasting and baking. Table is robust and peppery, for dressing, dipping and finishing. Start with Kitchen. Finish with Table.

How should I store my DRZZL oil?

Keep the bottle tightly closed in a cool, dark place, away from direct heat and sunlight. Check the best-before date and storage guidance on your bottle.

Where can I find ingredients and nutritional information?

Refer to the label on your bottle for ingredients and nutritional information. Kitchen and Table are both extra virgin olive oils.
