DRZZL spotted in the wild.
This time with Northern Pasta Co., sampling some of the most flavoursome pasta we've had in a while.
Northern Pasta Co. make their pasta in Britain using British-grown spelt, bronze dies and slow drying. The result is pasta where the grain itself actually brings flavour to the bowl, rather than simply waiting around for a sauce to make it interesting.
Which meant there wasn't an enormous amount left for us to do.
Good pasta. Table DRZZL. Done.

Served almost completely naked with a generous pour over the top, because when the ingredients are doing their jobs properly, adding another seven things rarely improves the situation.
It is a fairly good example of something we say a lot:
Good ingredients do most of the work.

The pasta brings the flavour. Table brings fruit, pepper and bitterness. You bring a fork.
We can probably leave it there.
